Medical termination of pregnancy

Medical abortion is intended for all women, but especially for those whose ultrasound examination at the Loote Ultrahelikeskus reveals that the embryo has died.  Drug-related abortion at the woman's own request can be performed partially at the patient's home if it has lasted less than 9 weeks of pregnancy (up to and including 8 weeks and 6 days). 

The cost of medical abortion includes medications needed for abortion and the appointment of a gynaecologist after the termination of pregnancy. The package price does not include ultrasound examination to determine pregnancy, pre-abortion tests for venous blood and cervix.
