OSCAR test + Panorama XP test + Vistara test + ultrasound examination of fetal viability

The Loote Ultrahelikeskus offers a combined first-trimester screening test that utilizes the strengths of both the OSCAR test, the PanoramaXP test and the Vistara test, providing a new, significantly more accurate and broader screen test than the OSCAR test, PanoramaXP test and Vistara test can provide as an isolated tests.

Panorama test helps to examine that the fetus in the womb does not have Down, Edwards or Patau syndrome, X-linked diseases (Klinefelter and Turner syndrome) or triploidy. In addition to the chromosome diseases above, Panorama XP test gives information also about the five most frequent genetic disorders that cause mental disability. The patient will also know the fetus's gender.

The aim of the Vistara test is to obtain knowledge about the pathology of 30 single genes of the fetus that cause 25 gene diseases not often detected during the ultrasonography and occurring only during the first years of life.

The tests can be given from the 9th week of pregnancy. A Vistara test requires analysis only of the mother's venous blood. The patient gets the results 21 days after giving the blood tests.

The cost of the test includes an ultrasound to assess fetal size and viability.
