Appointment Registration Options at Loote Ultrahelikeskus

To clarify and streamline the organization of work at Loote Ultrahelikeskus, we would like to specify the available options for appointment registration.
 

Loote Ultrahelikeskus is open on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays:
 

08:00–12:00
13:00–17:00
 

Loote Ultrahelikeskus is closed on Wednesdays, Fridays, weekends, and public holidays.
 

Preferred appointment registration options
 

To register for an appointment, we kindly ask you to use one of the following options whenever possible.
 

1. Website registration form
 

The website registration form is the most comprehensive way to submit your appointment request.
 

Through the form, you can choose the appropriate service from Loote Ultrahelikeskus's list. The list includes examinations and appointments for both pregnant and non-pregnant patients.
 

The registration form also allows you to provide the contact details needed for booking an appointment. In addition, there is a separate field where you can specify the reason for your visit and indicate which dates and times would suit you best.
 

This helps us assess your request more quickly and offer you the most suitable appointment time possible.

2. E-mail
 

E-mail is a convenient way to let us know you wish to book an appointment, in a format that suits you.
 

In your e-mail, you can describe the reason for your visit, indicate your preferred appointment time, and add any additional information if needed. You can also attach previous examination results or other documents for the doctor to review before the appointment.
 

This option is especially suitable if your question requires a more detailed explanation or if you would like to send medical documents before your visit.

3. Health Portal
 

Through the Health Portal, you can view the available appointment times at Loote Ultrahelikeskus and choose a suitable time from the available slots.
 

The advantage of the Health Portal is that you can plan your appointment even when Loote Ultrahelikeskus is closed.
 

Please note, however, that after you have made a booking through the Health Portal, our administrator will contact you during Loote Ultrahelikeskus's opening hours to clarify the reason for your visit and your contact details.

The phone is intended primarily for questions related to urgent appointments.
 

We understand that there are situations where a person needs to speak to us quickly or where the issue is time-sensitive. In some cases, it may be necessary to find an appointment outside the usual available appointment times or in additional time slots.
 

This applies especially to situations where a fetal anomaly has been suspected, or another concern requires more urgent medical clarification.
